Job Description
Role
? Account Management
? Product demonstrations
? Develop and prepare all bid & proposal activities.
? Business development in India
? Business Analysis
? Requirement gathering
KRA’s
? Understand customer requirements & Prepare for meetings with potential clients as part of the presales process.
? Effective product demonstrations to the clients.
? Developing business relations with System Integrators and partners.
? Act on the leads that are generated from Novelvox.
? Developing and showcasing Sales presentations as per the customer requirement.
? Meeting the potential clients to understand user requirements, and tailoring communications to address their business needs and come out with proposals.
? Provide Technical Sales Support to the sales team on proposal and solutions to the customers.
? To communicate with the NovelVox business team on issues identified from field observations and customer feedback.
? Increase the market coverage through proactive specifications & innovative solution designs.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product stack and be able to position our solution.
? Develop and prepare all bid & proposal activities.
? Drive and/or Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.
? Should have capability of gathering business requirements and converting them to solution/scope documents.
Desirables
? Must have prior experience of working either directly or indirectly with contact center Applications.
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.
? 4 to 6 years’ experience of working in Pre-Sales profile for software applications.
? Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).
? Sales Negotiation Skills.
? Strong logical thinking & problem-solving skills.
? Prior experience with Cisco Unified Contact Centre technologies will be a huge plus.
? Basic knowledge on Java technologies would be a big plus.
