Job Description
  • A go-to Leader for building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing inside sales team to generate new revenue streams through outbound reach.
  • Execution of lead generation, prospecting, setting up benchmarks to ensure consistent and steady flow of leads which lead to closures.
  • Develop and execute:
    - Sales strategies through new and out of the box key measurement criterion for sales opportunities.
    ?- Account planning to drive continuous sales with key existing customers and develop new accounts and sales.
  • Providing strategic guidance while focusing on quantitative results.
  • Plan a skilling model which constantly helps the Inside Sales teams to scale and be updated on technology landscapes.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
  • Report on sales metrics, Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.

Skills

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in selling any of the following:
    1. Unified Desktops / Wall board / Real time reporting
    2. Workforce Management for BPO
    3. Contact center voice applications like Outbound dialer, IVR, ACD, Genesis, Cisco, Avaya application, chatbots, CRM, CXM tools
  • Experience of Inside Sales for Corporate /B2B in IT |Technology space | Telecom | Cloud | SAAS 
  • Must have Software products/services sales experience across Europe, Asia, and Middle East.
  • Strong team leading experience.
  • Proven successful track record of continuously achieving sales & leads target.
  • Experience in strategic alliances would be preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good logical ability and ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Business knowledge / awareness of domains like finance, health, telecom etc.  
  • Strong cultural values / Cultural fit / sync with organizational philosophy. 
  • Team player - Ability to work well in a team - carrying out own part and helping to pull and achieve as a team. 
  • Strong decision making and problem-Solving skills - Investigates the problem along with team members by questioning to get at the root of it and generates alternatives for solving the problem.
